This policy explains how Yofi Group LLC ("Yofi", "we") handles information through this website and through "Asistente Yofi", the internal assistant software we use to run our business.
Asistente Yofi is a private tool used only by Yofi's owner to manage his own email, calendar and files. It is not offered to the public, and no one else can sign in to it.
When the owner connects his own Google account, Asistente Yofi may access, with his permission:
This data is used only to provide the assistant's features to the owner. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with anyone, except with the AI service that processes requests on the owner's behalf (Anthropic's Claude API), under that provider's commercial terms.
Asistente Yofi's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
When you contact us, we keep the information you share (such as your name, email, phone and vehicle details) to answer you, schedule services and send quotes or invoices. We do not sell this information.
Data is stored on servers we control and with our service providers, protected with access controls and encrypted connections. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above.
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by writing to info@yofidetailing.com. The owner can revoke the assistant's access to his Google account at any time from his Google Account security settings.
